WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
Develop operations and production systems on time, quality and cost, in accordance with current procedures and regulations and following the guidelines set by its manager with a perspective of continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain the relationships with third parties, necessary to carry out the activities within its field of competence, escalating those incidents that are above responsibility.
• Guarantee the implementation and compliance with the procedures, processes, management systems and regulations applicable in its field of competence, proposing improvements in its field.
• Identify risks in time and with preventive management, defining, analyzing, escalating these problems, proposing action plans and ensuring the implementation of the actions derived from them.
• Guarantee the registration and updated maintenance of the information in its field of competence, in coherence with the established processes and current regulations (when applicable) and prepare the reports, data and any documentation that is required, with vision and technical criteria in a timely manner.
• Carry out the containing, corrective and preventive actions and the activities of the manufacturing process, in coordination with the functions involved, and participating in ensuring compliance with contractual requirements with the Client from the perspective of continuous improvement.
• Implement and ensure the necessary productive means for the development of manufacturing activities in its field, giving technical support to other areas if necessary.
• Participate in process improvement groups and lead them when required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Aeronautical, industrial, chemical or industrial organization engineering
• Previous experience: More than 2 years
• High level of English
• Supplementary training: blueprint reading, Office, AutoCAD, CATIA or design software.
• Teamwork skills
